This Scholarship is funded by the Estate of Blaine Martens Comer, a founding partner of Civil Science. Blaine was both a Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor and was committed to the success of the Firm’s employees and their families first, a principle that is still core to us here at Civil Science today. In addition to scholarships for Civil Science employees and their family members, we provide $10,000 in scholarship opportunities each year to students studying Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
